I just went on a tangeant looking for Japanese fan made videos... Can u believe this was made by fans... Just like when Chansu and I used to play arcade games against any person who looks remotely asian they're so skilled they make us regular gamers look bad.

Also times 2, if any sensible Japanese person looked at our blog they would wonder how I could pull off posting things about Cool Japan like that live concert by Shiina Ringo and then go Otaku and post these videos. Well... all I can say is that there is a difference between the in crowd in Japan and the Otaku (why would we choose a name siding with Otaku, the geeks of the Japanese nation??). Is there a such thing as American Otaku?? No just because there isn't a culture devoted to "serious" cartoons here. Well those people created Pokemon and made huge amounts of money overseas, and so they do have an important existence in Japan. And recently more otaku related things are becomming a part of "Cool Japan", a name for the music and cool culture of Japanese youth. That all may be discussed further in a later post.
